How to pay fares and cancel reservations
1. Supports transferring fare payments via all bank apps or you can choose to pay in cash directly to the driver after the job is done
2. Please check the booking details carefully before transferring the deposit, such as overtime fees, expressway fees
3. After the deposit has been transferred, you will immediately receive a vehicle registration number to confirm your reservation
4. If you want to cancel your reservation, please inform us 1-2 days before your travel date We will refund the full deposit
5. In the event of cancellation less than 1 day before the travel date Only a portion of the refund may be given, depending on the terms and conditions
6. If the booking is cancelled on the day of travel or suddenly, causing the driver to lose the opportunity to receive work from other customers, we reserve the right not to refund the full deposit
